The company is the latest addition to Tennis Australia’s AO StartUps portfolio.

LILA’s Exogen range of wearable resistance garments offers a compression-based, micro-loading solution to customise exercise prescription to each individual athlete. 

This is especially relevant on court, where being able to load the movement patterns and muscle groups specifically used in tennis has long been a challenge.
