Swindler who worked as Kerry Katona’s accountant arrested after failing to appear at sentencing hearing

A serial fraudster who was on the run for more than a week after failing to turn up to a sentence hearing has been arrested by gardaí.

David Williams (67), who is also known as David McHugh, previously worked as an accountant for former pop star Kerry Katona.
