FOLLOWING the worldwide outage that stopped users from playing online, PlayStation has issued a response and made a free offer to those affected.
Millions of users struggled to access their accounts on PlayStation Network yesterday.
The PSN was down for more than 12 hours with most of those affected citing server connection problems.
Some 24 hours on from the start of the outage, the service status page confirmed that all features had been restored.
According to Downdetector, at least 70,000 gamers reported the issues continuing through the night.
Issues were first noted around 11pm with over 14,000 complaints during the peak.
