THE Land Transportation Office (LTO) has revoked the driver’s license of motor bike ride-hailing Angkas founder, George Royeca, over a traffic obstruction incident in Cainta, Rizal last Feb. 2.
LTO chief Vigor Mendoza II, in a TeleRadyo Serbisyo interview, said Royeca may file a motion for reconsideration to challenge the revocation.
“In the case of Angkas, Royeca’s license was revoked for admission of organizing the (motorcade of the) Angkas riders that had blocked traffic in Cainta,” he said.
“He admitted organizing the riders,” Mendoza added.
