Apple’s woes over the delayed rollout of its flagship AI features to iPhones and other devices continue to mount.
The iPhone-maker has been hit with a lawsuit filed in a US district court in San Jose, California, on Wednesday, March 19, that alleges false advertising of several Apple Intelligence features.
The lawsuit seeks damages from Apple on behalf of customers who purchased iPhones and other devices meant to support Apple Intelligence. It claimed that the new device owners are yet to receive the generative AI features that was announced by the big tech company last year.
