Prince Harry’s ‘life at stake’, court told

Prince Harry’s safety, security and life are “at stake”, the Court of Appeal has been told at the end of his appeal over his UK protection.

Prince Harry is challenging the dismissal of his High Court claim against the Home Office over the decision of the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (RAVEC) that he should receive a different degree of protection when in the UK.

The Prince arrived at the Royal Courts of Justice in central London shortly before 10.10am and was seated behind his barristers during the hearing.
