In a recent visit,Dr. Ali Shaiban, the Minister of health adn Environment, along with representatives from key international organizations, assessed the operational status and pressing needs of the Isnad Psychiatric Hospital. Accompanied by Dr.Mutahhar al-Marouni, director of the City City secretariat’s health department, and delegates from the World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and the Family Guidance Growth Foundation, Minister Shaiban conducted a thorough inspection of the hospital’s facilities. The evaluation encompassed the laboratory,pharmacy,and inpatient departments,aiming to gain a holistic understanding of the hospital’s capabilities and limitations.

Dr. Abdul-Ilah al-Mutawakel, the hospital director, briefed the delegation on the facility’s urgent requirements.
