A man will be sentenced later this year having pleaded guilty to drug-related offences in Letterkenny.
Kazeem Balogun, with addresses at Meadowbank, Long Lane, Letterkenny, and Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, appeared before Letterkenny Circuit Court.
Balogun is charged with drug-dealing, aiding and abetting an offence under the Misuse of Drugs Act and with two counts of conspiracy, relating to money laundering.
Balogun pleaded guilty to having possession of a controlled drug, cannabis, for the purpose of unlawfully selling or otherwise supplying it to others, on August 16, 2021 at Meadowbank, Long Lane, Letterkenny.
