Mayo caretaker manager Stephen Rochford, deputising for Kevin McStay while he recovers from illness, reflected on a famous win for the county in Omagh that revitalises their championship season.
Two weeks after losing to Cavan in Castlebar, the Mayo side claimed a 2-17 to 1-13 win over favourites Tyrone, who had won in Ballybofey the weekend before against Donegal.
