With the final round of the regular season done, the Super Rugby Pacific Player of the Year vote comes to its conclusion – with several standout performances to sign off.
In a round characterised by big blowout scores, four players signing off the regular season with a perfect score – being the Chiefs’ Tupou Vai’i, the Brumbies’ Rob Valetini, the Blues’ Beauden Barrett and the Drua’s Tevita Ikanivere.
The results confirm a Kiwi sweep of the top three, with Damian McKenzie of the Chiefs and Timoci Tavatavanawai from the Highlanders taking second and third respectively, behind Ardie Savea.
The Brumbies’ Tom Hooper finished as the highest ranked Australian player, and as fourth overall.
