India on February 6, 2026, successfully test-fired the intermediate-range ballistic missile Agni-3 from the Integrated Test Range in Chandipur, Odisha.
The launch validated all operational and technical parameters of the missile. The test was carried out under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command, confirming the system’s reliability and readiness.
The Ministry of Defence said, “Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile Agni3 was successfully test-fired from the Integrated Test Range, Chandipur, Odisha on Feb 6. The launch validated all operational and technical parameters and was conducted under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command.”
