This is the description of a Bib Gourmand establishment in the Michelin Guide, which has just been updated for 2026 with 26 such restaurants named for Ireland. We’ve listed them all here, along with Michelin’s description of each. Just remember: a Bib Gourmand does not equate to a Michelin star.
