A woman charged with public indecency has had a further charge of indecent behaviour withdrawn after she died.
Gillian Portis (50) and 37-year old Adrian Matthew Reid were jointly charged with engaging in a sex act outside a Belfast shopping centre on August 3 last year.
Reid pleaded guilty to the offence earlier this month, while the charge against Portis was left on the books after it emerged she had died in February.
