Patchy Mix signs with UFC, makes debut against Mario Bautista at UFC 316

Patchy Mix is finally a UFC fighter.

The former Bellator bantamweight champion, who was almost universally recognized as the top 135-pound fighter outside the promotion, has found a new fighting home in the UFC after securing his release from the PFL this past week.

He won’t have to wait long to make his debut with Mix scheduled to clash with Mario Bautista at the upcoming UFC 315 card on June 7 from Newark, N.J.

The announcement was made during the UFC Vegas 106 broadcast on Saturday.

Mix comes to the UFC with a remarkable 20-1 record including 15 finishes along the way. During his run with Bellator, Mix took out fighters like Kyoji Horiguchi, Magomed Magomedov, Sergio Pettis and Raufeon Stots.
