3 Doors Down have announced the passing of their vocalist and founder Brad Arnold. The latter revealed in May of 2025 that he had been diagnosed with stage four kidney cancer and would be stepping back from the band to focus on health. In a statement issued today, February 07th, by the multi-platinum hard rockers, the group confirmed his passing this morning at the age of 47. That statement reads:
