Indonesia-Australia Agree on Customs Mutual Recognition Agreement

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – The Indonesian Government, through the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, and the Australian Government, have enforced the Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) on the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program starting on January 1, 2026. This policy is aimed at expediting trade flows while strengthening international supply chain security between the two countries.
