California is being hit by a “relentless parade of cyclones,” according to weather services, which will unleash fresh torrential rains, following flooding and mudslides that have already killed at least 18 people. The forecasted storms will move towards the northern part of this state in the western United States, warned the National Weather Service (NWS).
