Rites of passage
USA
2014
The peaks of the Alaska Range rise to nearly 1,800 meters above sea level. Morgan Beasley, a novice pilot, finds himself adrift, powerless and grazing the mountain closely. If he loses control of the craft, the consequences can be tragic. Joseph and Eustace felled tons of old trees that could be worth thousands of dollars, but without a machine the task becomes more difficult. In the heart of the Ozarks Mountains, traditions are important. To learn how to survive in such a wild nature it takes a lot of time. Jason therefore introduces his daughter to an ancestral mountain tradition: learning how to quickly build a good shelter.
