Almost a year after the transfer between the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers by James Harden, one of the protagonists of said movement has wanted to remember it in his most recent statements.
Andre Drummondwho was sent by the Sixers along with Ben Simmons and Seth Curry to the Nets in exchange for ‘La Barba’ and Paul Millsap, faced off again this last morning with Philadelphia, but wearing the jersey of Chicago Bulls.
Although his contribution to the win for the Illinois team was barely relevant (6 points and 6 rebounds in eight minutes), Drummond had his time to speak to the media. His words have not been overlooked after being asked about that movement.
“I was definitely surprised,” he confessed. Andre Drummond. “I never thought I’d be involved in something like this, but it happened and now we’re here. I still talk to my old teammates on a daily basis.”

As a Chicago Bulls player, Drummond is seeing his importance in Billy Donovan’s rotation be the lowest of his career. He is averaging 13.7 minutes per game, the lowest number recorded since he joined the NBA in 2012.
