Angels add two OFs to their farms

ANAHEIM – The Angels signed outfielders Ryan Aguilar and Dillon Thomas to minor league contracts.

Aguilar, 27, is a high school graduate in Anaheim and played at the University of Arizona. He has played five years in the Brewers organization, hitting .223 / .338 / .340 with 30 home runs and 42 stolen bases in 479 games.

For his part, Thomas made his major league debut this year with the Mariners, going 1-for-9 with two RBIs. At Triple-A Tacoma, the 29-year-old ranger had a .269 / .377 / .448 offensive line with 13 home runs in 94 games.
