The new Montreal women’s hockey franchise of the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) league “La Force de Montréal” will play 14 games at home (Verdun) this season. A varied program for winter 2023

The Association for the development of seniors and seniors at UQAR (ADAUQAR) is pleased to offer a new program of training activities as well as conferences in the winter of 2023 to people aged 50 and over in the Lower -Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie, Îles-de-la-Madeleine and the western sector of the North Shore.

This winter, the various activities will take place according to three modes of participation: in presence in Rimouski, Rivière-du-Loup and Carleton-sur-Mer (new), in virtual mode via the Zoom platform and in comodal mode with people in attendance. and other participants on Zoom.
