The new Montreal women’s hockey franchise of the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) league “La Force de Montréal” will play 14 games at home (Verdun) this season. Training activities and conferences for people aged 50 and over

A varied program for winter 2023

The Association for the development of seniors and seniors at UQAR (ADAUQAR) is pleased to offer a new program of training activities as well as conferences in the winter of 2023 to people aged 50 and over in the Lower -Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie, Îles-de-la-Madeleine and the western sector of the North Shore.

This winter, the various activities will take place according to three modes of participation: in presence in Rimouski, Rivière-du-Loup and Carleton-sur-Mer (new), in virtual mode via the Zoom platform and in comodal mode with people in attendance. and other participants on Zoom.

Diversified training activities

Interested in language training (English, Spanish and German) or computer training (iPad and iPhone, Android tablet and phone, cloud computing and Facebook)? Do you want to better understand the path traveled by immigrants wishing to integrate into their host community? Does film noir as well as art and major social movements intrigue you? Do you want to practice your writing skills? Would you like to be equipped to make sense of things in the news? Are photography, genealogy and ornithology among your hobbies? You like to travel? One or more of our training activities will satisfy you!

And what about our conferences!
