Brazilian tennis player Haddad in the footsteps of Serena

The Brazilian tennis player Beatriz Haddad, extended her winning streak to 12 in a row and points to the record held by American star Serena Williams.

According to the Prensa Latina web portal, Haddad defeated host Jodie Burrage (Great Britain) on Wednesday, June 22, in only two sets, with easy scores of 6-1 and 6-2.

The first Latin American racket to chain 12 consecutive wins on grass, since Serena Williams did it between 2015 and 2018, when she increased the link with smiles.
