The band’s 2019 comeback benefit shows were produced in support of one of the band’s biggest fans, Stuart Brothers, who had been given “a few weeks to live” by his doctors.
“Recently, a man who can rightfully claim to be the biggest FFAF fan in the world (both literally and figuratively!), Our friend Stuart ‘Big Stu’ Brothers, has been struck by a terrible illness that has finally led to a terminal prognosis, “the band wrote.
“As friends of Stu, we wanted to do something to help, especially his family and three young children, who are going through unspeakable trauma right now.”
