Chiefs beat Broncos 27-24 after overcoming slow start

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Patrick Mahomes threw for 328 yards and three touchdowns, twice to Jerick McKinnon, and the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Denver Broncos 27-24 Sunday after another slow start.

Isiah Pacheco and Blake Bell also scored for the Chiefs (13-3), who overcame a 17-13 deficit in the third quarter to beat the Broncos for the 15th straight time and keep alive their hopes of becoming the top seed in the league.
