Eugenio Suárez already warms up engines in Arizona

The Venezuelan third baseman, Eugenio Suárez reported to the training camp of the Cincinnati Reds in the city of Phoenix and is already warming up.

Through a video posted on social networks by the Cincinnati team, the Creole is seen catching rolling.

The 29-year-old infielder is one of the cornerstones of the Reds’ batting order despite the fact that in 2020 his numbers were not as dazzling as in 2019.

Last season, the Puerto Ordaz native hit .202, firing 15 full-turn knockouts in 57 games. While two seasons ago he averaged .271, hitting 49 home runs, being the Venezuelan with the most home runs that year, in addition to finishing second in all the majors in that category.
