Leaked renders show Galaxy S27 Ultra redesign and new Pro model

Leaked CAD renders and sketches reveal a major design overhaul for the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra. The device replaces its floating lenses with a raised rectangular camera module and a new sensor layout. Recent evidence also suggests Samsung is introducing a separate Pro model. While the Ultra focuses on a visual departure from previous aesthetics, the overall lineup appears to be expanding to include more diverse hardware tiers.

CAD leaks reveal rectangular camera module for Galaxy S27 Ultra

Leaked CAD renders show the Galaxy S27 Ultra will replace its floating lenses with a raised rectangular camera module and a new sensor layout. These designs suggest a departure from previous aesthetics, with some reports indicating a horizontal camera orientation and a more compact size. While the visual overhaul is the primary focus, leaks also point to the inclusion of magnetic charging support and a potential price increase for the top-tier model.

   Why it matters

Samsung typically refreshes its flagship design every few years to maintain market competitiveness. This shift toward a rectangular slab moves away from the individual lens rings used in recent Ultra models.

   What is confirmed

   • The Galaxy S27 Ultra will feature a raised rectangular camera module instead of floating lenses.
   • The rear camera redesign includes a new sensor layout.

   Still unconfirmed

   • One render suggests an iPhone-like design with a missing camera.
