iOS 27.2 beta 4 drops Apple's overhauled Health app

Apple's iOS 27.2 beta 4 no longer includes the company's redesigned Health app, which was being tested in earlier betas. The app's removal leaves features like AI-powered Insights, Longevity, and Health Age without a public launch date. The change comes as Apple prepares to ship iOS 27.2, with the fourth developer beta released recently.

   Why it matters

The decision to pull the Health app from iOS 27.2 beta 4 suggests that Apple may be delaying or reworking the feature. The Health app was expected to be a significant update, offering new tools and insights for users. Its removal from the beta indicates that Apple is not yet satisfied with the app's development.
