In adults with obesity and type 2 diabetes, the regimen delivered a weight loss of 23.3 percent compared to 14.8 percent for tirzepatide alone. The therapy also achieved greater A1C reduction than tirzepatide 15 mg. The combination swept primary and secondary endpoints in the Phase 2 trial.
