Education ministry figures indicate that up to 500 secondary schools will see lessons suspended or disrupted. The protests, which began last month among students in Paris suburbs, have sparked clashes between demonstrators and riot police across several cities. Another mobilization is planned for Tuesday, while teachers are also expected to join the demonstrations demanding increased education funding.W
