The tripartite accord brings together Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan in a formal military and strategic alignment centered on the defense of Mecca. Trilateral defense arrangements of this scale significantly alter regional security dynamics across the Middle East and South Asia by formalizing long-term military cooperation among the three states.
