Vietnamese police have arrested 12 men suspected of operating a cat-stealing ring in Ho Chi Minh City. The suspects, led by 39-year-old Luu Thanh Binh, allegedly recruited others to ride motorcycles through neighborhoods at night to hunt for cats.
