The film, shot in southern Arizona, is a ghostly account of forgotten landscapes and stories. Voices and stories from the past come to life. A visual essay about America and the images it restlessly conjures up. A bit like a forgotten bluegrass piece on an old shellac record, the film creates a haunting melody that carries stories and memories that have never been told. One of them is the mass deportation of Bisbee.
