Hawaii at 1000 frames per second

1000 FPS, 1000 images per second, a cadence that would be enough to transform each wave into a feature film … Or as here to isolate the best moments from one session to Rocky Point to better break down the maneuvers.

We have plenty of time to see Parker Coffin to plant his blue rails in the ocean, or to admire the technique of Nolan Rapoza Where Mikey Bruneau.

But without being chauvinistic, it is indeed the carve of Jorgann Couzinet (at the 40th second) which shook us. Speed, style, downforce, everything is there … And we would be happy to watch a feature film of his surfing in this way!
