The head of Novy Urengoy, Andrey Voronov, on January 13 told Yamal residents about plans to repair roads in the gas capital in 2023. 26 kilometers of the roadway will be put in order – twice as many as in 2022.
“Work is already in full swing on the objects, which we will start with the start of the construction season. Let me introduce you to our plans. The mainline reconstruction (from the Solnechnaya junction to the roundabout near the airport) is almost five kilometers of not only a new road, but also sidewalks, ramps, landscaping, lighting, and reorganization of engineering networks, ”said Voronov.
The scope of work will be divided into three years. In 2023 and 2024, the passage from the ring to the interchange will be repaired, in 2025, the road from Solnechnaya to the junction with 26th CPSU Congress Street.
