The buildings successfully passed the final inspection, the Committee’s inspectors issued a conclusion on the compliance of the objects with the project documentation,” said Committee Chairman Igor Voystratenko.

He added that the first phase of the complex had already been put into operation, including a building for 198 apartments and 57 apartments, as well as a parking lot for 138 cars.

“The developer of the project is SMU-6 Investments. The second phase of the residential complex “Love and Pigeons” consists of two 22-storey buildings, a built-in kindergarten for 55 children and a school for 130 children. There are 537 apartments and 239 suites in the houses. At the moment, about 95% of the premises have already been sold,” said Anastasia Pyatova, chairman of Moskomstroyinvest.

The new buildings are located on a common house territory. The facades are lined with light-colored porcelain stoneware, the emphasis is on window groups, which are framed with dark-colored metal panels.

Commercial infrastructure will be located on the first floor of the new tower-type building, and in addition to shops and consumer services, a pre-school educational institution with part-time groups will be opened in a four-section L-shaped building.

“The developer, within the framework of the project, provided for three underground floors, on which there is a two-level parking designed for 198 cars and 7 motorcycle spaces. Also, utility pantries have been equipped for future residents,” Igor Voystratenko emphasized.

The territory of the residential complex was landscaped, equipped with a playing field, a sports area and playgrounds. There is also a lounge area with pavilions and pergolas made of larch, surrounded by decorative landscape elements.
