“I am a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I am proud of my country and I am its great patriot,” the speaker told the Kazinform correspondent. – I prove this love for the Motherland with my deeds. Having a clear active life position, I have little concern with the political life of the country. I am not a member of any party. But this does not prevent me from expressing my civil position during the elections. ”

“I made my choice. In the morning I gave my vote, which I call on all citizens of the country. I only wish the parties to strengthen and increase their business activity after the elections, ”Olga Sagandykova summed up.

According to the Zhambyl Regional Election Commission, 523 candidates for 206 mandates from branches of five parties are registered in the region (Nur Otan – 390 candidates, Auyl – 44 candidates, Ak Zhol – 44 candidates, Adal – 31 candidates, People’s Party of Kazakhstan – 14 candidates). A total of 492 polling stations were formed in the region for voting. More than 3.8 thousand people take part in the work of precinct and territorial commissions. Over 6.5 thousand observers from political parties and public associations are watching the voting process.
