The relevant Order, signed by Vladimir Saar, is published on the website of the city administration. As stated in the document, Lyubov Ivleva should help the mayor effectively address current socially significant issues and strengthen domestic political stability.
“To appoint, on a voluntary basis, Lyubov Nikonorovna Ivleva as an adviser to the head of the city on public issues,” the Order says.
Let us add that Lyubov Ivleva is 68 years old. Previously, she worked for many years in the general department of the city administration.
