Mikhail Degtyarev congratulated residents of the Khabarovsk Territory on the New Year

Acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev wrote down a Happy New Year to the residents of the region. The head of the regional government noted the work of the healthcare industry and volunteers in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and spoke about his only dream, the Khabarovsk Krai Today news agency reports.

– Dear friends! The year 2020, which went down in human history as the year of the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, is ending. I am grateful to all the doctors, all the nurses, all the junior staff for standing by, for saving thousands of people in our Khabarovsk Territory.

Yes, there were problems, but the healthcare system coped. And how great did the volunteers who helped people unfamiliar, but not strangers! Many thanks for this. After all, love for Russia and the Khabarovsk Territory is what unites us.

This year, the economy of the Khabarovsk Territory has seriously suffered, but we survived, because everyone worked conscientiously at their workplace, thank you for that. Next year we will clean up roads, improve the environment, build new houses, schools and hospitals, create new jobs and help our entrepreneurs.

People who live in the Khabarovsk Territory have an act in their blood. Indifference to other people’s problems and the desire to change life for the better, this is what distinguishes the residents of the Khabarovsk Territory. This is what we will rely on in the work of our team. It is you who decide what the Khabarovsk Territory will be like in the future.

New Year’s Eve is a time of miracles, when the wildest dreams come true. I have only one dream. So that there are more of us in the Khabarovsk Territory. So that more children are born, so that the region is filled with sonorous children’s laughter, and all parents are surrounded by love and care. I have become attached to the Khabarovsk Territory with all my heart, it has become very dear to me and I wish every resident of the Khabarovsk Territory health in the New Year, be happy. Faith, hope and love, Happy New Year!
