OHLA continues with its growth plan in the US with its subsidiary Judlau Contracting. The Spanish company controlled by the Amodio brothers has recently been awarded new contracts in NY e Illinois and has added approximately 435 million dollars (more than 400 million euros in exchange) with the sum of the value of these projects. With this, the group channels the objective of improving the contracting volume of 2021, when it stood at almost 3,700 million euros.
The award of the highest amount has a value of 237 million dollars (223 million euros) and consists of the renovation of five stations of the línea IRT Flushinglocated in the borough of Queens, in the New York Subway.
Added to this is the latest award, which has been submitted for approval by Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) at its November board of directors. The contract amounts to 106.4 million dollars (100 million euros) and will run for 28 months.
