Panamanian jockey Luis Sáez won the Kentucky Oaks

This Friday the Kentucky Oaks, in its 148th version, was held at Churchill Downs, for a prize of 1 million 250 thousand dollars and was won by the Panamanian jockey Luis Sáez who rode Secret Oath.

It was the central event of this Friday, May 6 at the historic Churchill Downs racecourse, the prelude to the great meeting prepared for Saturday, May 7, and the Kentucky Derby.

For the Panamanian rider, it was his first victory in the Kentucky Oaks, the Nest came second and the Desert Dawn was third. Luis Saez will also compete in the Kentucky Derby for the ninth time and will ride Charget It from lane 8.
