Over 2000 days have passed since Rihanna last performed live. But fans don’t have to wait much longer because this year, Rihanna will be performing the Super Bowl Half Time Show. Now she has shared a teaser and the anticipation is even greater.
Rihanna will make her live comeback at the Super Bowl on February 12 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Then The singer and entrepreneur released her last album in 2016 and the artist has not performed live since her performance at the 2018 Grammy Awards. A month earlier, Rihanna shared a preview of the highly anticipated halftime show on her Twitter account.
One of the biggest stages in the world
In the video, a fan says “We’ve been waiting for you,” while another voice says that it’s been over 2000 days since their last live performance. Another voice asks: “RiRi, where have you been?”. Fans are really looking forward to the performance and Rihanna herself is excited. She says: “I can’t believe I even said yes. It was one of those things where when I announced it I was like, ‘Okay, I can’t take it back. Now it’s final’.” The Super Bowl stage is one of the largest in the world and according to Rihanna: “DIt’s every entertainer’s dream to be on a stage like this”
