17 Filipinos arrested in Qatar for joining illegal political rally supporting Duterte

MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) confirmed on Saturday that 17 Filipinos were arrested in Qatar for allegedly participating in an unauthorized political demonstration.
