Today, December 7, at the stadium “Montgomery Waters Meadow” took place the match of the third round of the FA Cup. The local Shrewsbury Town played Sunderland.
The final whistle of Scott Oldham recorded a strong-willed victory of the visiting team with a score of 2:1. The first goal of the match came in the 81st minute: the hosts opened the scoring thanks to an accurate shot by Matthew Pennington.
