The new composition of the public council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Pskov region gathered for the first meeting. This was reported to “MK in Pskov” in the press service of the department.
Acting Head of the Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Pskov Region, Police Colonel Alexander Nikulnikov, in his address to the audience, emphasized that public activists are doing a lot of work. They are working to strengthen the interaction of the internal affairs bodies with the population, as well as to increase the level of citizens’ confidence in the police.
During the meeting, the members of the council elected a chairman, his deputies and a secretary. In addition, they developed a work plan for the first half of the coming year.
