The Premier League or the MLS? Oumar Niasse has decided for his future

Free from any contract since his departure for Everton, Oumar Niasse is looking for a new challenge. The Senegalese midfielder recently opened the door to a move to West Brown.

The Baggies changed coaches a few days ago. Slaven Bilic was fired and made way for Sam Allardyce. And Niasse thinks that a reunion with his former coach could be the perfect opportunity to afford this new long-awaited challenge.

“I’m still on the phone with my agent. Big Sam is a guy I worked with and we had a great relationship during his time at Everton. When he was appointed manager of West Brom, it’s a bit of an open-ended thing. Right now the only thing that comes to mind is, if I join a team in England, it’s having the opportunity to get on the pitch and do exactly what I’ve been missing all this time ” , he did in a podcast published on the web portal The Beautiful Game reported by Senego.

Before continuing: “I know that with Big Sam I have a good relationship, like I said. He knows how I’m doing, he knows me personally. This can be a really good thing and to be honest I’m open. Even in the Championship, I think about it, because the challenge could be there, it could be interesting. I’m ready to find another challenge because that’s what I really want. ”

The former Lokomotiv Moscow took the opportunity to brush aside a possible transfer to MLS. The 30-year-old prioritizes his happiness and that of his family.

“I want my son here. Now MLS opens the door, but it’s too far. I think about what exactly I need to get. If I go there and I’m not happy, it’s not worth it. It’s more about being happy and I know being in England is something that will make me happy. Of course, West Brom could be a good opportunity for me, but my agent will try to do what he needs to do. If Big Sam is interested, I would be ready to jump in my car and drive to Birmingham! ”He concluded.
