The Provincial Executive called for bids for the construction of ten housing units and related works in Arizona, in the Dupuy Department. The investment amount exceeds $87 million and the term for the completion of the houses will be 240 days.

The houses will have a covered area of ​​64.22 square meters, with four rooms: kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, with the possibility that the families who live in them can carry out future extensions.

The construction will have a free-falling gabled sloping sheet metal roof composed of thermal and water-repellent insulation, textured exterior cladding, modern line aluminum carpentry with security bars, interior wooden plate leaf doors with aluminum frames and exterior doors of injected sheet metal, high-traffic ceramic flooring, perimeter sidewalk and brushed concrete municipal sidewalk.

In addition, the work includes the provision and execution of the drinking water network, sidewalks and cordons, medium voltage link and public lighting. In addition, the afforestation of each house and of the common green spaces will be carried out.
