The draw for the third round of the FA Cup, the oldest soccer tournament in history, took place this Monday and the Paraguayans Julio Enciso from Brighton and Miguel Almirón from Newcastle already know their rivals.
Brighton & Hove Albion will face second-tier Middlesbrough, while Newcastle will face Sheffield Wednesday, also in the Championship.
The game that most attracts the attention of this third phase, which is where the Premier League teams enter to compete, is the one that Manchester City and Chelsea will hold at the Etihad Stadium.
While defending champions Liverpool will also face another Premier League team: Wolverhampton. Another of the outstanding clashes between teams in the Premier is that of Manchester United against Everton.
For its part, Arsenal, current leader of the Premier League, will face Oxford United, a team from the third category of English football.
The matches of the third phase will be played between January 6 and 9, 2023, once soccer resumes after the break for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

Defender Carlos Rolón was one of the first names “crossed out” by Cerro Porteño for the next season and now he appears on the radar of Alianza Lima, a great Peruvian soccer player.
From Peru they assure that the 30-year-old defender could reach the Peruvian champion to reinforce for 2023, in which the “blue and white” team will have to compete in the Copa Libertadores and obviously look for another home title in Peru.
Rolón did not have much continuity in Cerro since his arrival, since the Patiño-Duarte duo hardly changed and the times he had to play, he did it as a right back, a position in which obviously it costs him much more.
In a year and a half, Carlos Rolón played only 24 games, 14 of which he started and scored three goals. He also won the Clausura 2021 tournament title.

Richarlison took all the applause this Thursday when with a real goal he sealed the triumph of Brazil against Serbia in his debut in the World Cup, where he goes in search of the long-awaited six-time championship.
In addition to the praise, Richarlison’s great goal also generated several reactions on social networks and one of those who added to this was the official account of San Lorenzo de Almagro, referring to the Paraguayan Adam Bareiro.
Attaching a photo of the Paraguayan attacker in training, with an acrobatics very similar to the one performed by the Brazilian striker in the World Cup, the “Cuervo” account wrote: “This has already been seen”, generating all kinds of comments of its own fans and others.
In 2022 counting the Professional League, the League Cup and the Argentine Cup, Adam Bareiro played 37 games and scored 11 goals. He was in the top 4 of the top scorers in the Professional League.
