At Stratto, everything is eaten with the piadine base
A pioneer in Italian and regional fast food, Stratto responds to growing consumer demand for quick and healthy eating. This is why the brand makes it a point of honor to offer quality products: 100% French meat, sirloin with the Bleu Blanc Cœur label, burgers made with organic bread, French chicken for the dishes , ice cream made from organic milk, red label flour for the sandwiches, 100% Bufala mozzarella balls…, as well as a wide range of vegetarian products to satisfy all expectations. Far from confining itself to Italian specialities, the brand has declined a personalized offer of regional recipes inspired by the location of each restaurant, such as, for example, the Morvan salad with Chaource and fresh grapes, bull gardianne, beef bourguignon , the Bombardier Burger at Pont-L’Evêque, the Omaha Beach sandwich with Camembert from Normandy and a slice of fresh apple… they are stuffed with a savory or sweet filling before eating, thus serving as elegant consumable bowls for salads.
