Irina is the daughter of lawyers, so she knew who to be from childhood. Father – ten years was the deputy prosecutor of Udmurtia. Since 2018, Leonida Pereskokova has also been working as a deputy prosecutor in Mordovia.

Irina Pereskokova, assistant to the prosecutor of the Ustinovsky district of the city of Izhevsk:

For me, my dad was always a great authority, I wanted to be like him, so I was always interested in this work, I knew it – I saw in my childhood that it was hard, difficult, but at the same time very fair work. I even played lawsuits with my younger brother, played prosecutors, investigators, a judge – I judged soft toys, so this choice was very logical for me.

After graduating from the Ural Law Academy, Irina was assigned to the Ustinovskaya District Prosecutor’s Office of Izhevsk. It controls the observance of the rights of disabled and elderly people, labor legislation. Now there are a lot of cases of non-payment of wages on the desk of the assistant prosecutor.

Irina Pereskokova, assistant prosecutor of the Ustinovsky district of the city of Izhevsk:

We succeeded in collecting the amount of wages that had not been paid for the entire time of the pandemic, since the employer decided to send workers to idle time, and not to pay the average wage, as it was stated in the presidential decrees.

Each call is under control. By the way, more than half of the employees of the Ustinovsky District Prosecutor’s Office are young personnel.

Rishat Faizullin, prosecutor of the Ustinovsky district of the city of Izhevsk:

Well, of course, it is very pleasant to work with such personnel, one can feel initiative, a desire to work, an informal approach to solving all the issues that arise when considering an appeal.

We often have to work without days off and holidays. Even today, on her professional holiday, Irina does not know when her working day will end – there are a lot of things to do.

Irina Pereskokova, assistant to the prosecutor of the Ustinovsky district of the city of Izhevsk:

It so happened that life has developed in such a way that we work a lot, that we also find love at work, my young man works for me in the prosecutor’s office of the city of Sarapul.

Irina and Sergey have conquered Elbrus together this autumn – mountains and travel are love for life. And when there is a free minute, Irina comes here, to the hippodrome.

The cold does not frighten Pegasus – the Don military breed is able to endure forty-degree frosts. Therefore, the workout is not canceled.
