Plans have been submitted for permission to build a four-storey apartment block in Letterkenny.
Brian Brogan is proposing to erect the building, containing 22 apartments and a roof terrace, at Carnamuggagh Lower (Mountain Top).
The proposed development, at the George Boal Roundabout, will also include a lower level car parking, a toddlers play area and a rainwater harvesting system.
Council planners are to make a decision on the application by early February, 2025.
